We would also consider applications from students on any stage of their education and requiring assistance. In such cases, you would also need to submit a letter of support from your professor.

Applications are accepted throughout the year. Last call to apply for 2025-26 — May 31st.

What we will fund

The Pavel Kushnir Scholarship is open to eligible applicants for both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Europe and the UK. For applicants seeking to study in the UK, the scholarship can provide support with tuition fees. For those applying for institutions in Europe, we would provide both tuition fees and accommodation support. Your application should state clearly which type of support you are applying for.

Conditions of the scholarship

Financial support is provided for the duration of the course provided that the conditions of the scholarship are satisfied. At the end of each year, you would be required to submit a letter of support from your professor to receive funding for the next year.

We reserve the right to withdraw support in the following circumstances:
- Lack of course attendance by the scholar
- Failure to pass the exams
- Complaints from the institution
- Lack of support from professors
